A growing East Vancouver family hired Purehaus Developments to perform a full cosmetic upgrade to their wonderful corner lot duplex. Modernizing this 40 year old space was an easy efficient process that added a ton of value to this home.

Architects Studio Balcaen Kwan designed this property with large family gatherings, relaxation retreats, and epic cabin weekends in mind. The three complimentary cabin structures can all relate in total harmony or be lived in as individual elements depending on the needs of any specific gathering of occupants.

We worked with Pacific Rim Kitchens to open up the kitchen layout, and invite the owners guests to have a seat at the island while meals are being prepared. The addition of integrated and high end appliances really bring this kitchen up to snuff for many years to come.
